But unless you have trained your mind to focus on one thing, it’s not a smart thing to do. The natural thing to do for most people is to start setting goals or picking one priority they want to focus on. So yes, you can achieve a lot of things…But just not at the same time. This demotivates a person to the length we fail to forsee. But that’s the division we make of our energy which results in inefficiency to reach out target. This only creates more confusion and frustration because you won’t be complete even one them.Ī simple outcome of the above situation is, suppose you are tired from the class and you decided to give up on going to the gym. We pursue new things before we finish our old goals. That’s because we, human beings, are fickle. It’s one of the hardest things to implement in your life. It’s a time-tested strategy that’s been shared by many successful people.īut don’t let the simplicity of this idea fool you. We can achieve almost anything in life…As long as we focus on achieving one thing at a time. We all understand it but find it extraordinarily hard to follow it.
